San Diego ( Buckmansprings ), CA San Diego Sheriff and CHP investigate a Suburban loaded with drugs and illegal immigrants after it rammed a CHP cruiser head on going the wrong way on Interstate I-8 while attempting to avoid a Border patrol check point. CHP officers deployed spike strips several times and found the Suburban was modified with a silicone like substance in the tires and heavy duty front bumper. Seven occupants fled from the truck, five were taken into custody with the driver still outstanding after an extensive search by personal on foot and in the air.
