Firefighters work for nearly two hours to free a trapped victim from his car, after being struck head on by a Kia that crossed into lanes of Hwy 67. Firefighters had a difficult extrication due to damage cause by the collision and the intrusion in to the car of a tree that the car struck when it left the roadway. The driver of the white car was transported by Mercy Air to a trauma hospital in La Jolla with several injuries.
